“My name is Tristin Medeiros and I am originally from Sarasota Florida, but now reside in Oxford Michigan. I grew up on a small ranch in Florida with a love for horses. I have only been competing for about 5 years and just recently became an NBHA member. I started out by joining my high school equestrian team and working with the coaches to improve my riding skills. Becoming a part of this team taught me so much and I wouldn’t trade those experiences for anything.
One of my biggest accomplishments was making it to the NBHA state finals in 2018 and qualifying as a finalist! I couldn’t have done any of this without the love and support of my family, friends, and coaches, but most of all I want to give my horse Dash a huge thank you for putting up with me and helping me get to where I am now. I can’t wait to see the places we’ll go and the challenges we will face together.”
