BIO

To start my rodeo/barrel racing carrer, my father bought me a grey paint mare with a chestnut paint yearling at the age of 6. Within a year the grey mare was broke and I began to enter in local shows at the stable she was being trained at and ended up falling in love with barrel racing. A couple years down the road the chestnut filly, Kisses, was broke and slowly brought into training. Lady, the grey paint was retired to pasture because of arthritis, so Kisses, her daughter, took her place. All the training Kisses knows on the barrel pattern was taught to her from me from when I was 10 all the way up to now. She is a magnificent horse to be able to share this experience with.
2017 will be our 3rd year with the Ozark Rodeo Associaction (ORA). Our first year, in 2015, we competed and qualified for finals and brought home the pole bending champion buckle!!! Due to a minor injury earlier this year of 2016 we r a little behind on our techniques and speed, however we still qualified for finals and will be competing on October 21 and 22, 2016! I am so blessed that I have been given this opportunity to barrel race not only from my parents and grandparents, but also my horse.
