My name is Taylor Anne Dohmann and I am from Meyersville, a small town in South Texas. I am sixteen years old and an only child. Horses are my life – I currently have three performance horses- Bobcat, Carona & Bling! I started showing ponies at the age of 6 and from there developed a ‘need for speed’. Barrel Racing seems to satisfy that need! I have participated at the San Antonio Youth Rodeo for the past 2 years, WPRA sanctioned races in my area and 4-H competitions. I have been awarded 13 buckles and various other prizes. I now have created my own business and have started to pursue my goal of raising and training my own homegrown barrel horses. i also have hopes of someday qualifying for the NFR, like my idols Lisa Lockhart and Jackie Jatzlau.
