Hi I’m Tammy Knopp, I compete in Cowboy Mounted Shooting! I’ve been competing in this amazing sport since I was 11 years old, I’m 15 now. In my four years competing, I’ve won 2017 Nevada State Championship for my class, South West Regionals reserve again for my class and a number of other competitions but I’m most proud of those two. I compete around the country in places like California, Nevada, Arizona and Texas. I own the horse I compete on, Spirit, I’ve owned her for 6 years. We’ve both competed in western pleasure, western dressage, barrel racing, and of course our favorite one of all, cowboy mounted shooting. Spirit is a 12 year old, AQHA mare who loves what she does.
