My name is Sydney Johnson. I was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado in June 2001. I now live in Rock Hill, South Carolina. I have been riding since I was 7 and competing since I was around the age of 10 or 11. I have an Appaloosa named Papa that I have been competing with for the past 5 years. Together we have won South Carolina State Show Reserve Champion twice and have qualified for regionals each time we competed at state. We also qualified for finals in the Carolina’s Youth Rodeo Association this past year. I am inspired by Fallon Taylor because she has unique qualities and never gives up on her dreams despite the hardships she has faced in life.
