“Hi! My name is Sophie Teets and I ride my pony Starbuck. I’ve been riding Starbuck for my whole equestrian journey. Which was since I was 2. I am now 13 years old and we have both became way more experienced. Together we have won one championship, a reserve championship, a placed really high at the Virginia State Championship Horse Show. At the State Show we placed 1st in the intro C and 2nd in the training test 1 in dressage. However the placings didn’t come to us easy. We spent average about 20 hours a month practicing and bonding.
When I found Lakota trailers young professionals I was stars truck. I couldn’t believe there was a site to be able to exhibit Starbuck’s and I’s journey and have a chance to be sponsered. I am really looking forward to our opportunities in store for us.”
