Hi my name is Shelby Walker, I’m 14 years old and I show reining cow horse. I have many accomplishments, my proudest being AQHA number two youth ride for reining cow horse in the nation! Something a lot of people don’t know about me is that my dad trained horses when I was little, my dad passed away when I was only 4 years old and I’m no being raised my my mom and step dad… My birth father is the reason I keep my burning passion to show and excel in the show pen alive because I one day want to live up to the name he had in the horse show industry. My horses name is smart peppy skeet he is a 16 year old gelding that I have shown for 4 years now. If I had to use one word to describe me with my horses I would use passionate because I have never given up and persevere all the time!
