BIO
My name is Samantha Halverson and I am a 15 year old barrel racer from central New York. I barrel race a nine year old mare who I trained myself. I began barrel racing in 2014 and have run a number of horses. In 2015 I ran at the NBHA Youth World Championships located in Perry, Georgia but have qualified every year. Some other accomplishments I am proud of include winning the Youth 3D at the 2017 NBHA Syracuse Spectacular. I also take pride in how well my mare Delilah’s Delight (aka DeeDee) is working making my hard work and dedication pay off. I look up to a number of barrel racers but I idolize Fallon Taylor the most. Just send it!
