BIO
I began riding lessons at the age of three. I started barrel racing at the age of eleven. Two years later I was running 1D to 2D times. I qualified for NBHA Youth and Open World Championships at the age of twelve. At the age of sixteen I placed in the Top 10 at the BBR World Championships! This year I will be running NBHA, BBR, and WPRA on my five year old mare I have trained.
My greatest accomplishment is I have learned one of life’s most important lessons. I learned the golden rule, I will never know everything, and I will learn something new everyday! You can learn bits and pieces of good information form all different kinds of people. From horse people to non horse people, you will learn something new. I have learned to take care of myself and others, so I can be the best sportsman as I can, in and out of the arena. I have found a love for a horse that will go with me through the rest of my life. It takes hard work and dedication with yourself if you are going to rise above the competition, and make your dream come to reality. In my eyes my horses and I are winners even on a bad day! As Fallon Taylor says “The Major Key is learning from our mistakes, take a bad day and turn it into a positive..”
