My name is Penelope Keegan and I’m from Mt. Juliet, TN. I was born on May 17th, 2003. I have been riding horses since I was 4 and starting to compete at saddle clubs when i was 9 on my pony named Tiger. I now compete on a 6 year old off track thoroughbred appendix mare named, Fooler aka Foolocity. We recently beat our record of a 16.7 to a 16.0 and won second in the youth 1D. Last year of 2016 we qualified for the NBHA Youth World Championships in Perry, GA. We also qualified to go again this year of 2017. My goals are to, get into the 15’s, make it to the final round at the NBHA Youth World Championships, make it to the NFR, and also make it to The American. My idol is Charymane James and I have been to two of her clinics.
