BIO
My name is Olivia Henderer. I was born and raised in a small town in Oregon called Philomath. I have been riding for 8 years now. I participate in Oregon High School Equestrian Team competitions with my 20 year old mustang, Bob, and my 7 year old paint, Zip. This will be my second year competing. I also have plans to represent rodeos across my state as a rodeo queen.
The events I enjoy participating in include reining, team penning, gaming, equitation, and ranch trail. My favorite event is team penning because I can feel the energy build in my horse when he sees the cows, and he and I work well as partners to read the herd. I also love being a part of a penning team because we get to help each other improve and encourage each other to do our best. Being a part of a team has a great and positive impact on everyone surrounding it.
