Hello. My name is Noel (pronounced Noelle) Pickel. I am 13 years old and I have been riding since I was around 1 year old. I have always loved horses and I have always wanted to be around them in anyway that I can. I have been competing since 2012. I started with barrel racing and moved to western pleasure. I choose to move from western pleasure to do the ranch horse division. I have been doing the ranch horse stuff such as: reining, ranch riding, working cow horse, ranch ground handling (ranch showmanship), ranch trail, ranch in hand trail, and ranch sorting. I have 5 horses. 4 are full quarter horses and 1 is an appendix. Their names are Reminiczant Olena, hopeulikmydoodlebug, Larks Tapestry, Lenas High Hopes, and Faithfull Lady Lena. Reminiczant Olena (aka Remi) and hopeulikmydoodlebug (aka Peanut) are both my “new horses” and I have had them since birth. They were born on Mothers Day of 2013. I have always loved to watch and folow Fallon Taylor and Amberley Snyder. They have always inspired me to do the things I never thought I could. One of my biggest accomplishments is going to compete for team Georgia at the 2017 Southern Regional 4-H Horse Championships.
