I am Michayla Schmitt and am 15 years old. I live in Newark, Ohio and compete in NBHA, IBRA, OGBRA, and 4H. I have been riding for 9 years and racing for 3 years, in the past 3 years some ofmy accomplishments are:
NBHA Ohio Youth Finalist 2014, NBHA OH 06 Youth 4D Top 5 2015, NBHA Ohio Youth Finalist 2015, NBHA Open World Championships Qualifier 2016, NBHA Youth World Championshipps Qualifer 2016 & 2017, Hartford Fair Reserve Barrel Racing Champion 2016, Ohio State Qulaifier for Barrels and Poles, IBRA National Finals Qualifier 2015 & 2016, NBHA OH 06 2016 Youth 3D Saddle, along with many other placings and wins at jackpots.
I plan on being even more competitive and moving up to faster horses for the years to come.
