Hi my name is Michael Bakey, I am 17 years old and from Elk Grove,CA. I’ve been riding horses my whole life and started showing cutting horses when I was 10. My dad and grandpa are cutting horses trainers so that’s how I got involved with this discipline of riding. I am currently showing at local club shows and NCHA shows on a mare owned by a customer of ours named Tiana Tomcat. Last year was the first year i showed her and we had a fantastic show year. She won me 2 saddles, 3 buckles, and we were also rewarded with a memorial award by having our names put on a trophy. My goals this year is to have cleans runs and a fun time!
