BIO

I’m a 21 year old female from Nevada. I currently reside in Bakersfield, California. I go to College of Sequoias and I am transferring to Connors state in Oklahoma in August of 2017. I was excepted to their rodeo team as well. I enjoy barrel racing but recently over the years have merged my way into roping. To me it is such a thrill and a passion.one of my biggest accomplishments has been to have the honor to train my American paint horse “drift” she is a 7 year old apha registered mare. She was pastured for 6 years of her life and when I had the opportunity to get her I took on the project of training her everything she knows. It has been one of the biggest successes of my entire equine career. With many more to come I hope drift and I can accomplish something great this year. One of my biggest role models is Fallon Taylor. I’m not a competive barrel racer but I idolize her as a person. She is such a positive role model and represents her community with such passion. I work everyday to be a part of peoples lives in a positive way. Although I do not know her personally, having her there to watch and admire over social media has helped me be able to change my way of thinking and want to interact with younger equestrians also trying to achieve their goals. Her determination so mesmerizing!
