I go by Maddie and I’m from a small town in Sparland, IL. I’m not one of those girls who got started with horses at a young age. I’ve always loved horses and I’ve leased one horse before. In August 2015, I got blessed with the best horse ever. Finally was able to own my own horse. His name is Cash and hes unlike any horse you’ll ever meet. He is a 4 yo Quarter Horse (he’ll be 5 in May). His personality is so rare; he’s the sweetest horse I’ve ever met. He’s so eager to learn new things. I could go on and on but I’ll move onto what i’m proud of. September 14, 2015 was the day my new horse and I competed in a show, for the first time ever. We entered into a class called flags (it’s a speed event). It was our first time and I’m so proud to say that we got second place with a time of 18:44. I had tears of joy. I was so happy. I’m currently training Cash for barrels and poles.
