“My name is Maddie Kelley and I live in Comanche, Texas. Iv’e been riding horses all of my life all thanks to my Madre! I only started competing real competititevly in 2014 when I started High School Rodeoing. I was in IHSRA which is up in Idaho! a couple great achievements I am so proud of is winning Rookie of the Year last year in IHSRA and also the buckles for Reserve All Around, Barrels and Poles, and also running my little mare bonnie in Lewiston RoundUp which is a Big 4 rodeo and placing third…(she’s 14.0hh!!)
My gelding Money is a horse that wasn’t started properly and had to restart from the very beginning. When I got him I just knew he was gonna be something! Now a couple years later, we’re in Texas and both doing amazing with each other. Im planning on going to College in Texas, the reason for us moving back to Texas. I would never be where I’m at right now if it weren’t for my Family, God and everyone around me being so supportive of what I’m absolutely in love with, which is RODEO!!”
