BIO
My name is Lexi Mae Stiner. I’m from a tiny old town called New Paris, Ohio. I was born August 27th, 2000. I’ve been in rodeo since I was super little with my dad. I do a lot of IPRA and SEBRA rodeos but I’ve been apart of the Ohio Junior Rodeo Association for 7 years now. This association has changed my life so much. I have met so many great people and this association has brought me up from a child and made me the cowgirl I am today. I have one over 6 championship buckles. I have 3 barrel racing buckles, 1 breakaway roping buckle, and 2 pole bending buckles. In my career I have won tons of money and I have won the Cowgirl Sportsmanship award for two years in a row there at OJRA. My horse Gary does all of these events. We pole bend, barrel race, breakaway rope, and goat tie. This year my horse won All Around Horse of the year! One of my biggest role models would have to be Martha Josey. I look up to her a lot and she has helped me a bunch with barrel racing and helping me figure out my first barrel problem. I also play volleyball and am extremely involved in my school’s FFA; National Trail MVCTC. Also I’m an honor roll student too! Animals, rodeo, and agriculture is my whole life!
