Primary Horse’s Name: “Eternal Effects”

My name is Lakota Burton and I am from a very little town called Geary, Oklahoma. I was born on the 28th of September. I have been competing in Rodeos and Jackpots for 6, almost 7, years now. My biggest achievement would be placing 4th in youth at the BBR Summer Shooutout in 2012, out of the other 90+ serious youth competitors. On a horse that I finished on my own within the first 2 months of owning her, or winning the Youth 1D, Youth 3D, and Open 4D buckles at a local barrel series on the very same mare in the first month of her running. My biggest role model would of had to been my dad. He was always such a hard working and determined person and he never let anyone get in the way of things he wanted in life. I’d say that is where I get a lot of my drive I have today! My main horse right now is named “Eternal Effects” AKA Bruiser, he is a grandson of “Raise Your Glass” and a nephew of “Special Effort”.
