“Hello, my name is Kira and I am 14. I have a horse named Codys Colorado Moonie, or Moonie. I have been riding horses for about 8 years. I compete in hunter, equitation, and showmanship classes at mostly local shows, but I am hoping to show in county and state fair this year, as well as travel and show in APHA.
Moonie is a 2007 APHA mare. I bought her as an 8-year-old with 45 days of under-saddle training, so she is still green. She has taught me so much and I am so excited to show her more, as well as learn more along the way!”
