Hardworking, I put blood, sweat and tears

Primary Horse’s Name: “Whimpys Edge, Royal Roan Fin ”

My name is Kaycie Glover, I have been competing in rodeos the past 3 years but have grown up around horses my entire life. I compete in barrel racing pole bending and goat tying. The first horse that I ran competitively on I trained her on poles and barrels from scratch. We would place in the top 30’s out of 140 girls. At a multiple youth rodeos last summer I won the goat tying event. My biggest influence is Mary Burger, she shows that no matter how old you are, hard work and dedication are the key to success and can get you anywhere you want to go. When it comes to my new horse Whimpy that’s what it comes down to, hard work. We have overcome so much in the past little bit and I could not be more proud of her.
