Hello! My name is Justin Hill and I am from Shannon, NC. I have been riding horses since I was five years old and I love barrel racing. This sport is very humbling and rewarding and that is what I like about it. A few of my accomplishments are: 2011 NC04 Youth 1D Champion, 2013 and 2014 COBRA Youth 1D Reserve Champion, 2013 NBHA Youth World Finalist, and qualifying for the NBHA Youth World show every year since 2010, along with other local show wins. My main horse’s name is Cody and he is a grade paint gelding. I have trained him from scratch and it is so rewarding to win barrel races on a horse you’ve trained yourself. I have many goals in this sport and I hope to achieve them!
Fun Fact: I said my first words as a baby on the back of a horse with my dad.
