BIO
“I have loved horses since I was old enough to know how beautiful they are. I begged my parents for years for lessons and at the age of 9 finally got the opportunity to have some. Since then I’ve been hooked. I started out riding English and then quickly moved to western pleasure. About 3 years ago I had my first try at gaming. I was immediately hooked and haven’t stopped since. This year I also took up drill with my high school equestrian team and fell in love with that. I have 2 self trained horses that I ride. Dixie, my quarter horse, primarily does barrel races and gaming events and Max, my off the track thoroughbred, is my drill horse cut can also game. I have a 3 year old quarter horse, Whiskey Rocket Bar, that I am also training to be my college horse and for barrel racing. That is where I will be concentrating. I have attended Washington State Fair twice and have been to Washington State Horsemen state championships twice. I have received Gold medals in Drill and Canadian flags for my Washington State High School Equestrian Team. I also received my varsity letter my freshmen year.
I love to ride whenever I can and spend as much time with my horses as possible. After high school I plan on attending vet school so that I can spend more time with my large animal friends as a large animal vet.
Thank you for considering me as one of your Lakota Young Professionals. I look forward to represent your company.”
