My name is Jasmine Nicklos. I am 14 years old and have been barrel racing since 2016. I live in Felda, Florida. My horse’s name is Chain of Corona (Moja). She is a five year old mare that I received for Christmas in 2018. Chain of Corona has taken me to NBHA YOUTH WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS where we qualified for finals in our second run. We ended up running a 2D time in the final run. Although we’ve only been working together for a year, Moja and I have been winning checks together at almost every barrel race we enter. We have placed 1st in the 1D youth and open multiple times at local shows. I work very hard at barrel racing and I am fully committed to my horses and barrel racing. My idol is Fallon Taylor. She inspires me because she is very humble and encourages me to achieve my dreams.
