Hey, my name is Jasarra Baca. I was born on November 18th, 1997 in Albuquerque, NM. I started getting into rodeo when I was 6 years old. Since I could walk, I always dreamed of making it to the NFR. Growing up, I played soccer and I rode in different associations like NMRA, NMJRA, and other local rodeo associations. This past year, I turned 18 and bought my WPRA permit and competed at 10 professional events, finished top 20 in every event. This year, I plan on winning the permit finals in the turquoise circuit and placing in at least 10 PRCA’s being in the top 5. I will try to hit every turquoise circuit PRCA that I possibly can. I have 2 amazing finished horses that love their job, Sparkling Skies and Nevada Jo. I’m very excited to see what this next year brings. I hope y’all will join me on this amazing journey!
