Hi my name is Heather Mearkle, I am 18 years old, and live in PA. I am a proud barrel racing member of NBHA and IBRA my AQHA Barrel Horse Docs Eternal Dude and I qualified for the 2016 NBHA World Championships and 2016 IBRA National Finals, we made it back to the short round this year. Our 2016 NBHA standings are 1st in 2D and 1st in 3D, for IBRA 2016 season 2nd in 3D and 6th in 2D, for 2017 IBRA season as IBRA runs August- August we are currently 1st in the 1D. We barrel race every weekend, some times during the week also, but of course here and there we will take some off time to take a break for 2 weeks or so. I am also planning on getting my APRA membership, and maybe WPRA. Sunny (Docs Eternal Dude) LOVES sweet ice tea, the sweeter the better. My role model would have to be Sherry Cervi, because lets face it she is one of the best there will ever be, she never gives, up, and helps when ever she is asked.
