My name is Grace Ackerman, and I’m from a little town called Owen, WI. I’ve only been competing for 2 years, but have been regularly riding since I was 8. I compete at local fun shows/rodeos, and at the county fair. Within my first year, I won grand champion in my age group and received a belt buckle and other awesome prizes. I currently run a spunky paint named Tonto. He’s definitely a brat, but he’s my brat.
My role model is hands down, Fallon Taylor. With all the set backs she’s had, and the obstacles she has over come is absolutely amazing! She is very inspirational, and a hard working, determined cowgirl. I hope I could be just like her one day and run down the alley at the Thomas and Mack Center!
