” My name is Emmi Jensen, I am from Grantsville, Utah. I compete in barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying, horseman’s challenge, and 4-h. I rope for fun and I love mountain riding, especially when it is a young horse’s first time in the mountains.
One of my biggest accomplishments is winning a saddle in 2017, barrel racing and pole bending. I have won five buckles, the first two was when I was eight in 2014, one on a 3 year old and one on a 19 year old barrel horse. Another big accomplishment I have done, was winning western pleasure at state 4-h on a 4 year mare I had only ridden 4 times before the big competition. I have said a few of my biggest accomplishments, and I can say that I have done a lot of things in my life I am proud of, I owe it all to my amazing horses that I definitely couldn’t live without!
