BIO
“My name is Emma Wood. I am 13 years old, I have been riding horses my entire life. I have been barrel racing in competition for the past year and a half. Through that year I have accomplished many awards such as, reserve peewee champion at the River Valley Round up Club, 8th over all at the 2018 Martha Josey 7 day summer clinic, I also win money and buckles at local jack pots.
One of my biggest role models in the rodeo world would be Corey Solomon. Mainly because he didn’t come from much money growing up. He proved you don’t have to come from major money to do what you love. But, my all time favorite barrel racer would be, Fallon Taylor, because of how good of a person she is. I would love to be as good as a barrel racer as she is when I start to pro rodeo.”
