BIO
My name is Ella Ackley and I own a quarter horse gelding we call Doc. I have been riding for about 4.5 years and competing for around 2. I compete in barrels, poles, goats, breakaway, and team roping. I’m hoping by the time I reach high school rodeo I’ll be competing in reined cowhorse and cutting. An accomplishment I’m proud of is qualifying for NBHA Worlds on many different horses this year a couple times, even though my horse was sore most of this past year.
We drive a Lakota and absolutely love it! We will never be buying another brand because the Lakotas are so nice and well made. We hit a fence with our Lakota and drove home from that rodeo and to another one and back before finding out the axel was bent. Even with a bent axel it worked perfectly and got our horses there and back safely!
