BIO
My name is Elizabeth Couture, I’m 19 years old and I’m from Duluth, Minnesota. I’m a member of the UWRF Rodeo Club. I’m majoring in Animal Science with an emphasis in Equine Management. I have been competing in 4H, barrel races and rodeos since I was 12. I’m really proud of qualifying for state with my 4H group on a horse I trained myself in WSCA events. I’ve also bounced back from two ACL surgeries and I’m still going cowgirl strong! One of my role models is my mother, because she never gave up on her dreams, and has always been supportive towards my dreams. Which one of my biggest dreams is to run a training business of my own and become a role model for younger girls that love the sport of barrel racing as much as I do.
