I’ve been riding horses since before I could walk, and started to barrel race at the age of six.
The horse I have now, was defiantly a blessing for me. I got him as a 9 year old and trained him myself on barrels and poles. In the seven years that I have owned this horse I have had many accomplishments such as champion at the All American Quarter horse congress, a reserve champion, and numerous top five and top ten finishes there as well. Last year I was the Youth 1D champion for the Penn Ohio Barrel racing association, I was also the champion at the Bob Buchleitner memorial series last year and have been in the top ten for many years now, have several rodeo wins and placings and numerous awards and buckles. I have been in the top ten for IBRA Youth Class, and Open 4D for multiple years in a row.
