BIO
My name is Danielle Jackson and I am from a really small town called Loyalton, California. I am 17 years old and have been competing at local shows, gymkhanas, and junior rodeos since I was 9. I have won several high point awards at local shows and competitions and earned many first places for barrel racing which is my primary passion. My role model is Sherry Cervi. I really admire that her horses are so competitive but able to compete in multiple areas like Stingray competing in team roping, and they can be ridden outside of competition. I admire that she gives back to her community and youth. My horse’s name is Docs Genuine Dun but goes by “Gringo.” He is a big 16.2 hand palomino quarter horse that is quirky and sweet at the same time.
