Hello I am DJ DeCasas and I am a junior at Hidden Valley High School in the small town of Grants Pass, Oregon. I am the Southern Oregon Junior Rodeo Queen. I qualified for the Oregon Equestrian State finals in 6 events my freshman and sophomore year. I also qualified for the Regional equestrian meet my sophomore year being 5th in the state for 2-man bi rangle. I qualified for the California Junior High State Rodeo finals for two years. I’ve also accomplished being my FFA Chapter’s President as well as currently serving as a District FFA Officer. If I’m not riding my horses and competing, I enjoy showing my market and breeding lambs as well as being a lead role on my cheer team. My three horses are Mad Max, Luna and Kip but the horse I mainly focus on is Mad Max. Mad Max is very easy going and calm until we get in the arena and then he means business.
