Hi, my name is Courtney Baird and I am from East Greenbush, NY. I am 16 years old and have been riding since I was 6 in horse shows and rodeos. I travel to out of state barrel races and rodeos in hope to achieve my goal of winning another buckle. Some of my greatest accomplishments are: In 2016 I was the youth 1D champion at the Sunshine Fair, I was the 17 and under western pleasure champion of the Tri-County Pony Club multiple years in a row, and in 2014 I was the Double M Rodeo youth 2D champion. My biggest role model is my sister, Chelsea Baird, who has helped and supported me at every race. She is always there to encourage me and help me achieve my goals. I own 5 very unique horses, who each hold a special place in my heart and have helped me grow as a rider tremendously. I believe that in order to achieve your dreams, you must trust and have faith in your horse and yourself.
