BIO

The person who I look up to the most is my uncle, because he started me in the horse industry when I was three years old. He is the most educated horseman I know, and is always there when I need help or have questions. When I first started with my horse, Lex, I almost gave up because of the amount of alley issues, trailer issues, and ground work issues that he had. Over the past few years he has grown into a bombproof rodeo horse that will enter the alleyway calmly, load in the trailer by himself, and has perfect ground manners.
I am most proud of my horse for helping me achievement Reserve Grand Champion Senior Barrels in the Midwest Youth Rodeo Association, the opportunity to go to Little Britches Finals in Guthrie, Oklahoma this past year in barrel racing, and for teaching me the true definition of hard work and patience.
