Hi my name is Carissa Claxton I have been riding horses for 7 years and barrel racing for 4 years! When I started barrel racing I knew right away that’s what I wanted to do. 9 horses some are baby’s so they don’t race right now but will in the future. And then the older horses run almost every weekend! I have won many shows and was reserve champion in the 3D at youth world a few years ago on my now retired horse that I trained! I have also trained 3 horses to run barrels now. One is a furtuity colt that’s is doing very well he has placed in the 1d a few time and keep improving!
