My name is Caleigh Iwanski and I am from the small town of Stockton, Kansas. I was born on February 2, 2002 (this lead to my favorite and lucky number being two.) I have been riding competitively since 2010. I have barrel raced since 2010 and in 2012 I began showing the AQHA ranching all around. I have been blessed with some awesome horses to help me achieve Kansas Quarter Horse Youth 2015 All Around in my age division, top five at the Kansas 4-H Finals in the pole bending and top ten in the barrels. I have some big goals for this year, which include being top five at the Central Novice Championships and making the finals at the AQHYA World Show.
I own four horses, but compete regularly on two. Itsallaboutfirewater or Champ is a barrel horse I bought patterned am I am finishing him in the barrels and poles. My favorite thing about him is his size, he’s almost seventeen hands! SF Jackpot or Husker is my newest and is cow horse bred, competing in the working cow horse, boxing, and ranch riding. I love Husker’s red roan coat and the chrome on his face. My role model is definitely my trainers, Craig and Ryan Cole. They are such good horsemen and I am working to train and show as well as them.
