My name is Brandi, I am 16 years old and have currently been riding for 19 months. Wait, don’t let that fool you! I have been competing this year (2017) and placing in the 3D in open and 2D in novice. I can’t take all the credit though. I would be no where without my amazing mentors, Christi and Shay Swan. They are the ones that have taught me everything I know. Not only do they help me inside the arena but they have helped me become the person I am today! They haul me everywhere. Whether it’s staying at a barrel race til midnight or walking my horse down the alley, they have been there. I also have to give appreciate to my mom for being there and making everything possible. Since I haven’t had the advantage of riding all my life, I have to work 10x as hard as my competition. I am truly blessed and humbled to have all the opportunities that I do and that I can take advantage of every single one! I am looking forward to having more opportunities and would love to have you guys come along for the ride!
