BIO
Hi my name is Amelia Belle Mathews I’m 13 years old and I have been competing in barrel racing for 7 years now, but I have been riding horses as long as I could walk. I’ve owned my 8 year old AQHA mare Redheaded Frenchgirl AKA SeeYa for almost a year now, she has the biggest personality and is a total love bug! An accomplishment I have made with her is running a 17.103 on a standard barrel pattern and making some money! One thing I’m very excited about is I recently bought myself a yearling filly, her name is Juno She Can French AKA Cedar and she is my 2019 futurity hopeful. My role models are Fallon Taylor, Mary Walker, Sheri Cervi, Jackie Ganter, and Kassidy Cruse, they have taught me to never give up! Some of my goals are making it to the National Finals Rodeo and winning big in futurities! I feel that Cedar can make those both come true!
