BIO
I started barrel racing as a hobby 3 years ago, with a sorrel Quarter Horse that didn’t know anything. Now here we are 3 years later winning shows and placing. My first show we ran a 26 second barrel pattern, now we are running 18 second times with so much room to improve. The first year I started barrel racing we always placed last. This past year we really stepped up our game and I was able to win Reserve High Point at our District 4H show, and High Point in contest at county shows. This proves how much hard work really pays off. The horse I started with is now my bestfriend and I couldn’t imagine my life without him. “Doc” has opened many doors for me in the horse industry from meeting new people and friends, to finding my passion that is no longer just a small hobby. I never knew that one horse could completely change a persons life. I believe that you should always follow your dreams, no matter how big they are.
