BIO
My name is Abby Moran I wwas born and raised in Ohio. I have been around horses all my life but it wasn’t until I was about five that I started training for dressage, cross country, and show jumping. When I went to my first show I got 3 and 6 and I was also competing against almost all adults. After a few years I was able to start competing at fair so we started looking for a horse for to buy and we bought a Quarter Horse named Candy that was at my trainers barn. When I took her to fair I had signed up for contesting for fun and when I went to go in she saw the poles and started going crazy. I didn’t know why she was doing that so I got scared and scratched all my contesting classes but one key hole. Later after that fair year I found out she was bred and trained to be a barrel horse. After I found out she was a barrel horse start barrel racing and the decided to swich to contesting and I have been doing that ever since.
