My name is Abby Brown and I am from Pinetops, North Carolina. Currently I ride for a trainer and I am running his horse named Runaway James! I have been riding him for over a year now and we have accomplished some great things together! In 2015, my old horse flipped on me and broke my leg so I didn’t have too many accomplishments besides winning 4th out of 300 riders at the All Youth Barrel Bash! In 2016, I came back strong and James and I won the 2D saddle in the open at DC Western PBRA and won 2D 2nd in the youth! At NBHA I won 4th in the 2D open and in the youth James and I won 1D 5th and 2D 4th! Recently I was able to buy a weanling named Heza Montana Bully aka Bullet! I am going to make him my barrel horse once he is old enough! I am very proud of what we did this past year and hopefully we can accomplish even more greater things!
